Chhiring Yangjum Sherpa has been working as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Crisis Management Studies. She is a graduate in Crisis Management Studies from ICMS from 5th Batch. She has completed her bachelor degree in Business Administration from India. Formerly worked at Ujyalo Foundation as a Program Co-lead and been working closely with the community since past 4 years on women leadership and health through various channels.Currently she also been actively leading events in Nepal and has experience over the massive coordinations and logistics. She also creates customized plan for different events in response to mitigate disaster and crisis. She also have technical knowledge on GIS Multi-Hazard Mapping. During her course of studies at ICMS, She worked closely to plan and design Emergency Preparedness Crisis Management Plan specially for education institutions especially in communities school.
