Dr. Keshav Prasad Sharma is an experienced hydrologist with over 35 years of service in operational hydrology at Nepal's Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, followed by more than 13 years as a national and international consultant on water resources and climate change projects. He holds an MTech in Hydrology from the University of Roorkee, India, and a PhD in Earth Sciences from the University of New Hampshire, USA. At Samarpan Academy, he teaches Hydrometeorology, bringing extensive practical and research experience to the classroom and helping students understand the links between weather, water, and disaster risk.
