ENCORE 2nd Regional Multiplier Event

The Institute of Crisis Management Studies (ICMS) Tribhuwan University hosted an event titled WP2 - Entrepreneurship Knowledge Centers to Foster Innovative Entrepreneurship Practices in Education and Research/Capacity Building of Trainers and Students." from August 31st to September 1st, 2022. The event was held in the auditorium hall of ICMS and drew more than 60 participants. The participants came from a variety of backgrounds, including IT, business studies,
and crisis management.

The main goal of the event was to share knowledge, experience and provide guidance in order to provide aspiring entrepreneurs with innovative ideas. The event's ultimate goal was to pave the way for future entrepreneurs. To achieve this goal, a variety of resource people presented at the
event such as Hackathon was organized and students actively participated in the event. Similarly, different experts shared their life experience being involved with an entrepreneurship journey, their success stories, challenges they faced and how they succeeded in achieving the goal.

The event was inaugurated by Dr. Ram Thapaliya, the project's national coordinator, who emphasized the importance of Entrepreneurship Knowledge Center. He highlighted that the event's attendees would pave the way for the entrepreneurial mindset and he described how developing entrepreneurs can improve the country's overall financial situation to the greatest
extent possible. In addition, he stated, "The project has made significant efforts to inspire young people to become entrepreneurs."

In closing remarks, Prof. Dr. Ghanshyam Bhattarai stated that this event provided an opportunity for entrepreneurs to learn and gain experience.
