Institute of Crisis Management Studies (ICMS) provides a range of resources and services designed to support students, faculty, and visitors and enhance the overall learning experience.

IT Services

ICMS provides an IT lab equipped with computers, scanners, photocopiers, audio-visual aids, and high-speed internet access to support students in their academic work, research, and learning.

Library

The ICMS library supports students and faculty with a collection of textbooks, reference books, academic articles, journals, and other learning resources from a wide range of reputed publications.

Innovative Learning Experience

ICMS offers virtual classroom facilities that enable students to interact with and learn from nationally and internationally renowned scholars, practitioners, and dignitaries through direct video conferencing and other digital learning platforms.

Auditorium

The Institute has a well-designed auditorium suitable for presentations, role plays, workshops, simulation exercises, seminars, discussions, and other creative and academic activities that facilitate knowledge sharing.

Canteen

ICMS provides an on-campus canteen offering convenient and affordable food and refreshments for students, faculty, and staff. The canteen provides a comfortable space for students to relax, interact, and connect with their peers between classes.

Surroundings

ICMS is purpose-built to provide a comfortable and conducive learning environment. The lecture theatres are constructed with heat-insulating materials to maintain a suitable temperature throughout the year. The facilities are designed with earthquake resilience, good lighting, and comfortable furniture in mind. The campus is surrounded by trees and green spaces, creating a peaceful environment for learning and interaction.

Conference and Event Services

ICMS can host conferences, meetings, seminars, workshops, training programs, and team-building activities. Its auditorium can accommodate up to 150 people and is equipped with audio-visual and multimedia facilities, projection screens, and high-speed internet access. Technical support is available to help ensure that events run smoothly, while additional spaces are available for breakout sessions and group activities.

On-site catering services can also be arranged for events, including buffet lunches, tea and coffee breaks, and other refreshments. The campus gardens provide an inviting setting for outdoor gatherings and receptions.
