Signing the Memorandum of Exchange between Institute of Education, Research and Regional Cooperation for Crisis Management Shikoku, Kagawa University
and Institute of Crisis Management Studies Samarpan Academy, Affiliated with Tribhuvan University. In the future both institutes will participate in mutual exchange projects for staff, students and researchers and install satelite stations to assure academic exchange and growth.
Dr. Ganga Lal Tuladhar (former education minister) supports the agreement and the communication between both parties.
